Cruised over to the 50 acres of flowers over in Carlsbad this weekend for a few shots. Here is one of my favorites. Shot handheld with the Canon 5d mark II with an EF24-70mm f/2.8L USM lens at 1/200 sec, f/8 and 100ISO.
Yesterday Canon announced two new tilt and shift lenses that look absolutely amazing. The TS-E 17mm f/4L which has the widest view of any tilt/shift lens and the TS-E 24mm f/3.5L II which is just an upgrade to another lens. Great lenses for keeping that “curve” out of your shot. This last week in So. Cal we’ve been hit with some pretty good surf. Been shooting tons of surf, sunset and wave photos. Can’t help but love the shape of the wave on this one. Posted a few more on my surfline profile. What do you think?
